I LOVE the ocean, TOP GUN, hippos, fast computers and fast CARS, but not fast food. I’ve been a photo EDITOR in the publishing world and have shot over 40 magazine covers for PUBLICATIONS in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. I became a stringer with GETTY IMAGES in 2005, and within six months learned the pressures of movie stars, lighting, and something called a SOUNDBLIMP on set. I learned LIGHTING with one of the BEST in the industry nearly a decade ago. I earned my Bachelor’s DEGREE from Arizona State University. I’ve never taken a photography class, but have LECTURED at some. I LOVE my friends and treat them like family. I am a very busy person, and am WORKING as hard as I can to be the BEST at just about everything. I know a lot of people who call themselves PHOTOGRAPHERS. A lot.
I’ve witnessed them ORDER couples around as if they were merely PROPS on a stage. I’ve seen them arrive minutes before the ceremony was set to start, or MISS amazing opportunities because they didn’t know how to use their gear. I’ve seen them RUIN the reputation of what should be considered an art form. But at the same time, if you are reading this, chances are you are a DISCRIMINATING bride to be, and won’t stand for any of this. Neither will I.
You know that what really MATTERS is how much you LOVE your big day, and how well it is ultimately CAPTURED for you, your spouse, and all of your family and friends. I know that I will expect the pursuit of PERFECTION some day from the photographer who shoots my OWN wedding. Better yet, I know that I will have the time of my LIFE and want the pictures to PROVE it. My PROMISE to you is that I will put everything that I LOVE into every CLICK for every second of your day. I will do this because I put my HEART into everything and my NAME behind every shoot.
